JPrint- Digital inkjet printers for packaging machines by Medsol

Jprint

Jprint is the new generation in high-resolution digital printing with a moving carriage, covering all needs in coding and marking directly on the packaging lines where the highest reaction speed is demanded.

The JPrint model of our Alfa Service brand is an extremely flexible and high-performance digital printer. Although containing the same printing technology as the flagship XPrint, the new JPrint has an unbeatable strong point, namely that it involves a lower investment for the customer without having to renounce quality and performance.

JPrint is the best solution in those applications where it is not necessary to be able to print on the entire surface of the wrapping, but it is enough to partially cover it with a suitable number of heads.

Since its launch on the market in early 2017 to today, JPrint has been the most requested printing solution and is appreciated by our customers who use machines for the medical industry, and the trend is still growing. Our printers are widely used in medical device packaging machines.

JPrint has proven to be the best choice in the replacement of in-line printing systems already in the customer’s possession that are obsolete or no longer suitable for the increasingly high quality standards required by the market as well as by international standards in terms of clarity, readability, and non-alteration of printing on medical blisters.

Flexographic printing and other obsolete technologies are increasingly giving way to high-resolution inkjet technology, and to implement this evolutionary process in the best possible way, the winning choice is a JPrint. This is one of our best models of digital inkjet printers for packaging machines that we have at Medsol.

Jprint UV

The JPrint UV model of our Alfa Service brand, although it offers the same technology as our regular Jprint model, this model has different heads and is equipped with a UV-LED dryer or ink curing on a non-porous substrate. This model is the UDI compliant printing solution for optimal barcode grade.

Our 600x600dpi bi-color digital ink-jet printer with UV curing system allow to print on almost all surfaces: Medical paper, Tyvek®, PET, Aluminum, and more!

JPRINT UV has proved to be the best choice in the replacement of in-line printing systems, already in the customer’s possession, obsolete or no longer suitable for the increasingly high quality standards required by the market as well as by international standards in terms of clarity, readability and non-alteration of printing on medical blisters.

An excellent proposal, this model is presented as the best printing solution with a UV-LED dryer that can be installed in machines for the medical industry. Our printers Jprint UV are widely used in medical device packaging machines.
